Shipping policy

Once we receive payment, your order will be posted within 2-5 business days, as most products are made to order. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order within this time frame (maybe due to an influx of orders over Christmas) we will notify you as soon as we can and make alternate arrangements. We have a  flat rate shipping fee of $10.00. (we absorb any additional postage costs). We try to use Australia Post or one of two couriers, whichever we feel will be the quickest. We know during busy times of the year there can be delays so we ask for your patience......thank you.  If you have any concerns or questions in regards to the shipping of your order please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
