Shipping

We have a flat rate shipping fee of $12.00 regardless of how many products you purchase and all orders over $100.00 will receive free shipping simply by entering BIGORDER at checkout to receive your discount.

Pick Ups

If you to live local and prefer to pick up from Tallebudgera, please type  PICKUPONLY at checkout and you will not be charged for shipping. 

After completed checkout and payment, please contact us and we will organise a convenient time for pickup (or even delivery!)

If you need a product/order URGENTLY please let us know PRIOR to making your order (either by contacting us on naida@fromemtoyoucandles.com.au or text/phone on 0418398299) and we will do our best to help you.

Shipping

Once we have received payment, your order will be posted within 2-5 business days as we make our products to order.

We use Australia Post or one of two couriers, whichever we feel may be quicker.

You will receive and email with a tracking number once your order has been completed and posted. We do ask for and appreciate your patience at busy times of the year (e.g. Christmas). 

Damaged Deliveries

We do everything possible to make sure your order is wrapped as securely and protectively as we can, but sometimes things do get damaged. If you feel your order has been damaged in transit, please contact ASAP (within 5 days) together with a photo of the damaged goods, in their original packaging and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Do not discard any of the packaging, leave it as it was received by you. WE DO NOT REFUND BECAUSE OF CHANGE OF MIND (or if the chosen fragrance isn't as you imagined!)  

Busy Times

We make and create all our products here on the beautiful Gold Coast and even though we are a small "team", we do get very busy, so we will do our very best to make sure your orders are on their way as quickly as possible.
